I have been digiscoping for years now. Digiscoping and digibinning allow one to document birds with a cheap point-and-shoot digital camera. I currently use the Canon Powershot A590 IS as my camera (as of spring 2008) along with a Kowa 883 Prominar spotting scope (as of spring 2010).
After years of stalling I purchased a dSLR, the Canon 7D, in July 2011 along with the 400mm f5.6 prime lens.
All of my shots on this website are taken with either the Canon 7D or digiscoped with the Canon Powershot unless otherwise noted.
